Turbo Tax not what your expect

Turbo Tax need to revamp!

I enjoyed using turbo tax to file my taxes. Please stop misinforming your customers with the false advertising on the fees. There is a new fee that was slipped in at the last minute of receiving your money 5 days early which is deceptive to not give the customer the option to continue if they want to pay. Do better or I will go to one of your competitors and give them my money instead of being misled. You will loose customers behind this new fee!

Turbo Tax was great at finding me deductions

Didn't get the chance to upload last years returns and info, pretty sure I used turbo tax last year and it doesn't even recognize me I'm sure I've atleast used it numerous years before.

Excessive Hidden Fees

Not exactly thrilled with all the fees....starts off saying $49.99 then you add $40 and before its all said and done there's another $40...not exactly transparent with charges and really no way to avoid the extra fees and still get a direct deposit refund....shame on you! Have always used Turbo Tax...may have to rethink that next year or at least shop around...No.

Even when they can tell we are broke they still need to ask us for money or demand us or we can file through them..
