Ease of use is one of the main reasons I use TurboTax for my annual filing. Explanations are easy to understand, and the process and breakdowns along the way are extremely helpful!

I DID NOT ELECT TURBOTAX DELUXE BUT YOU CHARGED ME FOR IT. I DENIED THE ELECTION AT EVERY TURN AND WENT BACK AND DENIED IT AGAIN BUT YOU STILL CHARGED ME.,
