Turbo Tax makes it so easy to do my taxes. I can do them from home in less than an hour. They also check to make sure that I'm getting the refund that I am supposed to get

Easy to use and fast! Watch for Upgrade Requests

Quick (about 45 minutes), easy to use and easy to understand. They made me upgrade and pay to be able to apply a certain credit. This credit was applied without the extra cost last year. Maybe it's a rule change, or maybe CreditKarma Tax was providing the most services free of charge. Now that Credit Karma and Intuit are fully integrated, it feels suspicious that now I need to pay for an upgrade that allows me to get a credit that applies to my tax situation where it was free before.

Very user-friendly. If you are afraid (like I was the first time I used Turbo Tax), don't be. It's very simple and leaves you feeling competent that the returns were done right.
