Convenient and most of the tools work well. Would be great if taxpayers weren't coerced into using platforms like TurboTax and could file for free, like the good ol' days. Again, it's really convenient and fast, especially for us poors who don't own a home or have major investments, but I am not a fan of the amount of lobbying TT has done to ensure that they have a captive consumer audience.
