I liked it better when they did the actual FREE version that is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. We are now forced to have to pay to use it.

Processing fees

The tax preparation and fees are all good for the services that they provide. The bank processing fee that they spring on you at the end is atrocious. Apparently they use a third party vendor/bank to process payments and charge you $40.00. I will be looking at other options for my taxes next year.
