Love Turbo Tax!
My taxes are very basic, and there is no need to pay someone to do my taxes. I love how everything is explained to me so I can understand my taxes better

The tax wizard is user friendly and easy to use. However, the pricing for doing taxes on my own was a bit absurd and astronomical for as little of a refund I got and how basic my processing is.
