Too much upselling. I have been using turbo tax for 20 years it is not as simple as it used to be

Benefits to Turbo Tax

Been using Turbo Tax for the last 10 years , great tool to use makes things much easier , but recurring users get no benefits from filing with turbo tax , no savings or sale to file our taxes with this portal system but new users get fees waived which makes repeated users look for other service providers to complete their taxes
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby
