Great Yet Slightly Shady Service

Overall a helpful resource for those who have only a handful of tax documents. The ability to resolve questions within the site is fantastic. A massive downside is the amount of ads requesting to upgrade, including this site to wait until the very end of the transaction to reveal hidden costs not disclosed at the time. I do not appreciate this practice and hopefully next year will be an improved upon addition that is more streamlined and less money-hungry. Thank you for your consistent updates to keep this service as helpful and reliable as it is.
