TurboTax is AWFUL!!!!

This is the worse year for using Turbotax. First, it would not install on my machine so I was FORCED to do my taxes online. I will NEVER do this again!! If they do not offer the CD option next year, I will be switching tax software!! It is AWFUL this year!! I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years!

Usually like the system however wanted to mail my returns b/c of the additional fees. but system automattically charged my card! I followed the instructions here and yall took my money.
