Too expensive. Obviously I only made 4500 last year the price should be lower. You guys charge way too much and it takes too long to get back too. THE STGB or whatever, why use them? Just hired your own Turbo Tax employees, the middle man costing more for costumers. Get it together.

So easy and convenient. And there are always helpful answers and explanations throughout the entire process. I feel like I always receive all of the tax breaks and credits that are possible.
