Filling out the taxes was easy to do. The only thing I didn't like was, about a week ago I went to Turbo Tax online and I couldn't find any contact info. A chat line opened up and all I asked for was how to contact you. Well that cost me $60. I thought I was chatting with Turbo Tax, instead of Just Answer. Kind of expensive just to get a phone number!!!
