Good product but with some confusing moments

The online version presents some difficult maneuvering through choices on preparing deductions - standard vs itemized and impacts on total tax obligations. - state and federal together. Other than that the software is great and saves time - tons of time

Hidden fees

My experience was great however nothing is free and adding an additional 40 dollars to by 39 because I elected to take 39 from my refund was wrong. That needs to be explained in detail on that page so customers can pay with credit card.
