I have been using Turbo Tax over the years to file my taxes and I will continue using them. I clock that tea every single time!

Nothing of significance with Turbo Tax has changed in the past 10 years I've been using them to do my taxes, yet somehow, they seem to get more and more expensive to use every year. I will probably be using a different service next year.

HELPED ME WHEN I MISSED AN IMPORTANT TAX DOCUMENT BASED ON WHAT IS IN THE DATABASE LISTED FOR ME - I HAD TO CALL AND GET THE DOCUMENT, WAS VERY EASY TO PLUG IN AND REFILE AFTER REJECTION STATUS!
