TurboTax minus extra processing fee

easy to use, misleading cost

it's easy to use but misleading about how much it costs. At the beginning it will give you options for what level of service you want, and you choose one. But then later on it reveals fees for this and for that and the total cost more than doubles from what you initially thought you would pay based on your initial election.
