Ok, but...

The interface and the features are get, but I am not fond of how much they charge for the returns. The accuracy is great, as well.

If I have to pay at least make it worth it

Feature to auto populate from my banks did not work.
The upload document feature worked for only one of the documents so I had to enter the rest manually. It gets confused for documents with consolidated 1099 INT and DIV.
Somehow even my insurance company has better document OCR than this...
