Sometimes a little hard to follow. when it came time to enter license information it wouldn't allow me to enter data no choice but continue

Very Misleading

Although, TurboTax makes it easy to file your taxes. There seems to be so many cash grabs while filling out your information. Every other time you click continue another screen will appear trying to sell a product. I went to file my taxes, and I selected the "$0" which was a hassle, and you have to click the small print to get to that free product after you answer question to make sure you "find" the right product. I then realized after many product offers I was untimely going to be charged $40 (due to HSA form) for the service, and an additional $40 since I wanted to use my refund to cover the product purchase. Mind you, the original price for the product was $40, so now I'm at $80 from a "FREE" product. I went ahead and restarted, so I could then just use my card to pay for the service, so I wasn't being robbed of my refund. Well you go figure now all of a sudden the price for the original product I wanted was raised. Mind you it was "required" for the HSA form, and if I didn't purchase the product it wouldn't allow me to claim the UNTAXED amount from that form. At this point whatever. Let me just file, and not use TurboTax anymore. I will learn how to use the IRS site myself to file them for FREE like TurboTax claims.
