It was easy understanding it was easy to navigate threw the app to file my taxes and was easy to fix the issues needed
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Customer Service is great!

Had an issue because our city school board does not add the Zero before their control number and I kept getting an error. Ask turbo tax to call me. They did with 5 minutes. Fixed in less than that time and we are good to go. Thank you Frank from TurboTax

False advertising not free

Its helpful but says free and its not, charges you for having your refund direct deposited and also charge to file
