I have used turbotax every year since I started working (and not a dependent) and it has always made doing taxes easy. My taxes are not complicated so the process is always easy and done in less than 1 hour

Horrible you have misleading informations. Saying I can file my taxes free. Then force me into paying for a premium. Then taking an additions 39$ as a few. so instead of it being free you charge me $89.

Hidden fees

this will be my last year filling with turbo tax. its supposed to be cheap. the system is easy to use but once you near the end they start adding all kinds of fees on and make you upgrade for an HSA? they also charged me $40 to pay the fees with my return.
