TurboTax Is The Best

I have Ben using turbo tax for over 5 years now and still they make it so easy and make me feel at ease when doing my taxes. They have the resources for advice or if you have any questions . I highly recommend going to then so you won’t have to pay so much for those other competitors.

Turbo Tax needs to correct their software

I have used Turbo Tax for years and I have never had a problem. This year, all my returns from past years are missing. I still have the receipt for every year, but the actual 1040 docs are gone. No big deal, as I have copies. However, this year the Turbo Tax software tells me I didn't file with Turbo Tax last year, which is incorrect. And yes, I'm using the correct account because my receipts of purchase for each year including 2023 are in my account. This led to a lot of hoop jumping on my part, but I was able to file my 1040 for 2004. Turbo Tax needs to correct their software.
