TurboTax is awesome!

Easy peasy lemon squeezy. I've been using TurboTax for the past few years, way easier than booking time with the accountant, forgetting doc, coming back, etc. Just start filing early, pause the session till your 1095 comes in, and complete later. Done. E-filing is awesome too. Everything is done for you...and the small fee to do it all, in

No Free Filing - Cannot file State

Your system was difficult to use this year. I have been using your product for years and this year, something was very different. First, just because a person has an HSA doesn't necessitate a fee to process the tax return. HSA's are standard and nothing difficult. To charge me $49 to file my taxes because I had an HSA is ridiculous and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I am unemployed currently and need every dime I have to make ends meet right now. You have a hold on filing my State taxes due to waiting on State specific laws? If that is the case, you should have the functionality to allow me to file my Federal without my State. However, your system is not that sophisticated apparently. You are slowly but surely taking away your own stars.

TurboTax is easy to navigate, the questions asked are clear and straightforward, and the prices are transparent. It took me 1.5 hours to finish my taxes! Great experience!
