Turbo Tax is Great!

Turbo Tax was very user friendly and helpful. It really made the experience great! This was my 1st time doing my own taxes and was a little nervous but the step by step process made it comfortable.

Deceptive options provided

Often the options for less expensive filing options were hidden behind selections that were no provided on the initial offers page. For example, the direct deposit option was not visible unless you declined the fast deposit option (for $35 more). This is blatant manipulation of your customers, and you should not be doing this, I will find a new company to deal with in the future.

Agile and Speedy

Using TurboTax felt very straightforward because it walks you through each step with clear questions instead of complicated forms. The system checks your answers as you go, which helps prevent mistakes. It also explains things in simple terms, so even if you’re not familiar with tax rules, you can still follow along easily. In the end, everything felt accurate, and there was confidence that the tax return was done correctly.

turbo tax help

it took me over and hr and 45 mins to file I had so many problems but I was able to talk to a turbo tax agent that was very help full
