First time filing my own taxes and turbo tax made it a breeze. Super easy to understand even if your not really familiar with most tax stuff. Easy to understand explanations for any and all information that was needed, where to find it, and why. Definitely my new go too service.

What's with the fees?

Easy to use but now they love to tack on these fees. $40 fee to use refund to pay their fee's is insane. Forcing me to upgrade to deluxe because I had 401K contributions throughout my year? I'm sorry, isn't that every American??
