If I could choose 0 stars, I would. It is so sheisty to now charge 49$ and immediately push users to "TurboTax Deluxe" just because they have legitimately standard additions like HSAs, etc. Those things are not difficult or "complex" -- they are normal and a lot of individuals have them. Absolutely ridiculous to charge 49$ just for standard choices people make. Additionally, charging $40 for "refund processing fee" if a user opts to pay with their refund is atrocious. This charge doesn't update on the payment page initially either and the "fee" amount isn't explicitly next to this option when you select it. I obviously chose a different route once I noticed. Money grubbing and incredibly shady.

I have no complaints for this product. I actually find the knowledge of current tax information and the ease of usage to be a major plus. It is fairly easy to understand how to use.

This was the first year I ran into some hiccups and was completely confused but they helped out significantly. They also wouldn't let me file until I corrected my mistake.
