Turbo Tax Taking Advantage

Fees changing once you wrap up taxes. Suppose to be free! Since when did federal become $49 dollars and state $39 another $40 to have refund with drawn from account! Total $128 Getting rich off people! I believe I may be owed $10. I thought federal was $39 as well!!!
