Unnecessary Fees

It was easy to use but they started adding extra fees for unnecessary things. You can only do the most basic filings but for anything extra they charge. Will not be using them in the future.

Hidden Fees

Get rid of these extra charges. It's disgusting to see a hidden charge of 40 for just to get the funds pulled out of our refund. Absolutely criminal.
