TurboTax is great!

I used the File It Yourself. I use it every year. It's very helpful and easy to use. The information is accurate and the explanations are very easy to follow. I am able to use it on my computer and on my phone.

TurboTax is awesome!

Easy to use as always! Tried HR Block for the first time last year and was a bit troublesome. Used Turbotax since i was able to file my own taxes in 2022. Thank you again for making filing taxes easy for us!

Great Product but New Direct Deposit fee is bogus

I would have given Turbo Tax 5 stars but you have now added on the $35 fee for direct deposit into your bank account unless you use Credit Karma. You used to direct deposit for free. This is totally bogus!!!! I wish you offered a way to receive a check in the mail because at that point I would have chosen that instead. You need to tell people the charges upfront. I had already chosen what Turbo Tax plan I wanted and I paid for it. You should not be springing another hidden fee on people. I do not appreciate that and I don't want to deal with another company, like Credit Karma, getting my refund. Totally tacky move Turbo Tax! I have been using your program for YEARS! This is disappointing!
