Becoming a money hungry company

Turbotax used to be a semi-free tax filing system, now it charges upwards of $250 to file on a basic do it yourself package. Not to mention they also want to charge for direct deposit now and another charge for taking it out of your taxes!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I will not be using turbotax again and I have been using it since 2015!
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Unreal- it claims to be free but still had to pay

there should be other ways of verification to make sure one can file online. I was not given a pin number and had to go thru hoops just to find out that I have to file by mail instead of filing online because my return was rejected due to not having a PIN number.

Miss the Old Turbo Tax

The fact that you have AI-generated review topics tells me all I need to know. Your product has spent more time asking for data it doesn't need access to and my credit card to pay for god know what than it took me to actually type in my tax forms. What has this product turned into? This is bloated nonsense instead of a quick way to file my taxes. I will be using free tax USA in the future. P.S. your bad AI is constantly trying to correct my typing and flashing what topics are used to the point where it's painful to even try to give you feedback.

Turbo Tax failed and software does not work

I filed my taxes and it was rejected, but I couldnt correct the error and the software just kept putting me in a circular process. I followed the instructions and it was not helpful.
