I encountered an issue with one of the boxes on my W-2 form. Despite my efforts, I was unable to modify the information in the wages and document section (state taxes) as it kept redirecting me to column F. This was quite frustrating, and I had to seek assistance from a friend to resolve the matter. Consequently, it took me over two hours to complete the process this year, compared to the usual time of less than one hour.
