It said it would be free state and federal but at no point did it give me the option to file for free and when I was done it forced me to pay for state.

2023 Platform More Effective

It was still good but confusing this year. If the goal was to make it easier it was not. I suggest going back to the previous platform.

Expensive!!!

Actually it is expensive to file with Turbo Tax. I like the process but the amount is terrible to have to pay over half of my refund went to you guys.
