THE REVIEW PORTION WAS CONFUSING, MAKING ME HAVE TO CHOSE AND SIGN FOR SOMETHING JUST TO MOVE FORWARD. NOT COOL. LUCKY, I SKIPPED IT AND WENT TO FILE.
