I felt very unsure through the process and if I am paying for a service, why do I have to pay more when I am doing all the work.

easy to use. Their automatic system seems to decide to get rid of the free side of the website without an option even if you are well under the minimum range. other than that there is alot of boxes to check, and they add more and more each year.
