It's fairly easy but the little hidden fees is crazy. Say do your taxes for free but then charge 49 dollars. The if you want to pay with your refund, 49 more dollars. Then direct deposit, yep 35 dollars. Good Lord free means no money guys. Be up front about your cost.

I love that Turbo tax keeps all my information, automatic all imports what is needed, and takes the complexity out of filing, letting me fill confident make taxes are filed correctly. I love that it gets easier and easier each year.
