I DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ANYONE, MY ONLY ISSUE IS I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE FEES YOU ALL CHARGE. IT COST ME 89.00 TO FILE WITH TURBO TAX AND THAT IS NOT FAIR, YOU REALLY NEED TO LOWER YOUR FEES BECASUE BASICALLY WE DO ALL THE WORK

I use TT every year. It is easy to use, maps over everything from the previous year, and stops you if you miss something. It is dumby proof!
