Having the ability to file my taxes was smooth. I did have to go back and get tax information from myparents previous tax data. But other than that, every thing was great

They really are squeezing every penny they can out of me for my tax return this year. i was only expecting state and fed fees, but i had to pay another $40 and $35 to just finish and get it sent to me bank electronically. thats over $160+ just to file!!!! not everyone uses Klarna, like myself nore am i willing to after the hacking and "glitches" it has that causes loss. not happy
