I like how you separate all the fees to make it look like people are receiving a deal this year, but they are not. you slowly tack on few by fee. In the end you are paying just as much if not more than last year. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE. You add on 2 turbo tax fees on top of it. It is getting more ridiculous. I should just go to a in person appt to file from now on. You're not charging any less. It is sad!! Not to mention, there is so many added taps that it is confusing on what you need. A Canadian tax? what is that. It would not even allow me to bypass.

Quick and easy

It was quick and easy. Don't like it that WE HAD TO PAY for such a simple form! We had a small income and SS, no state tax. If I find out that it should be free or the accuracy of the return is wrong, never use again. The good- questions that I had were answered in simple form.
