Additional fees are ridiculous. I'm required to pay for a more expensive product without a choice then adding additional fees on top of that. Will be utilizing another service next year.

My go-to Tax Prep software for over 35 years!

I've been using TurboTax for over 35 years starting in my teens with our first home PC. As I've gotten older, my tax situation has become much more compicated since my early days of 1040-EZ's. I can't imagine doing my taxes without TurboTax. I always have new questions - and the Help features are indeed helpful to me! (I'm a veteran Software Engineer and the team at Intuit really have their act together. Well Done!)
