Not a great tool for tax returns. I ended up filling tax returns 2 times as most oftefilled in information lost when I logged off.

NOT SURE ABOUT STATE FILING. EVEN THOUGH I WORK IN GA AND LIVE IN AL. I BUY GOODS THERE IN AL AND PAY STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ON THEM. SO WHY AM I BEING DOUBLE TAXED

Great and easy to use

I have used this for several years to process my tax returns for both federal and state taxes. This year seemed even easier then before and I am getting back more money then I expected. There is help if you need it an pop ups to explain every step of the way. I enjoyed using it.
