suboptimal and dated

everything worked well until I was met with surprise expenses at the end and then the recovery email wasn't wokn and I had no other option to verify. very annoying and prolongated experiance.

The program continued to provide me with an error without assistance on how to correct the error. The error was on a dependent for his college enrollment status. Error was spelled enrollmentstatus.

turbo tax is shady

turbo tax advertises filing taxes for free. I don't mind paying a fee but don't say free if it is not, and $140.00 is not. On top of that you don't bring it up until you are basically finished and not feeling like starting over, I just don't like feeling like I got scammed.
