Very user friendly! I was nervous to do my own taxes, but Turbo tax made it so simple. Very impressed with how quick and easy it was. Took less than an hour.

Since I’m the one filling out forms, the fee is a bit high. Overall, the service is convenient, I like the fees can be deducted from the refund and now return may be deposited 5 days early.

I have a 401k I make Roth and Traditional Contributions to. It was confusing when asked about roth and traditional contributions in a section when they are deducted from my check and are on my W-2. I hope they were counted from the W-2 because I put nothing in the contributions section later in the steps.
