A mostly good experience

Today is the first time I had any issues with turbo tax. It kept bouncing backwards in the progress throughout my tax filing, which made an already nerve wracking experience a bit harder. Overall, I like the product and will continue to use turbo tax for future filing.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

It was ok. My wife was confused at times because it was her first time doing the taxes.
