Easy to use. But fines for use are misleading and they try to force into upgrades with endles loops of the only option is to upgrage.

It's not free!

Bait and switch. I was under the impression that I was filing a free return, but then was told that I HAVE to buy the basic plan. Afterwards, it looks like I paid for another plan too. What started out as free turned into $128.

I finished my Taxes so quickly, you don't have to choose any other package to do your tax returns, use the basic package and you will be fine.
