I used turbo tax in the past. When I was working before I was retired. Now that I'm back working I came back to them. I like the self service options. Its easy and quick to use. Thank you.

horrific experience

TurboTax was AWFUL this year, as a customer of 5+ years... Glitchy, broken tools, "fixed tools" on 1/23 yet still didn't let me file, recycling you through the review process 10 times and finding new issues each time, and even as I attempt to type this review, the site is glitching and completely deleting letters i am typing. I will not be using turbo tax next year.
