Love turbotax!! I have heard everyone talking about how great this service is and this i finally decided to see the hype...and you did not disappoint!! What a great, user friendly service!

Cumbersome and limited utility

For a fairly simple return, using this was slower than nothing. I had problems with forms uploading with errors that I could not resolve and have to file by mail

I am about to stop using turbo tax. There is no way im being charged to file my own taxes and the amount i am being charged is ridiculous.
