TurboTax not so great experience

This review didn't make me feel confident about completing my taxes and I'm worried that I'm going to be penalized for reasons that don't apply to me. I wasn't able to complete my return because it assumed I have some 8889 forms, when I had nothing to report for it. Then it froze my computer not allowing me to finish without restarting and starting over.

why in the hell are you guys charging me TWICE for my refund that is absolutely ludicrous this was such a waste i basically don't even get a refund at all because of these outrageous charges for no reason
