Worse and worse every year.

The interface is horrible! You have to minimize the screen to access the continue button.
The charges are added and not removed when changing payment method. TurboTax has gotten worse every year and I will actively look into a different preparer. This is the last year I use TurboTax. Horrible!

Turbo Tax

I never did my own taxes until I joined the Army.
In 2010 it was suggested that I use Turbo Tax to do my taxes on my own.
I've been using them ever since.
