Turbo Tax disappointed me with all these fees

The service I requested was suppose to be free due to my eligibility however I was charged for my efile for federal and state and to direct deposit. Because I was in a crunch I went ahead and processed it because it would not let me go back. This is one reason why I haven't used Turbotax in two years. I will not use it going forward after this filing.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I was able to submit my numbers for possible deductions and TurbTax calculated the best deduction strategy (standard or itemized) for me.
