Easy to use

It's pretty easy to use, I was able to get through all of it in under an hour and the biggest hurdle was getting my 1099-INT from my bank. So nothing wrong with the Turbotax side.

TurboTax makes taxes less scary!

TurboTax is so easy to use and helps me have peace of mind knowing the IRS won't come after me because I made some kind of ignorant mistake. Normally, I file for free. This year I had a fee because of new life situations which required use of their pro-service. Still worth it.

Starting to get really tired of the games.

I am getting less and less happy with Turbo tax as the years go by. Too MUCH slipping in buttons that are already checked for things I do NOT want that have to be caught and unchecked. To many screens that are confusing and try to trick you into signing up for programs that I do not want. And SERIOUSLY, the teacher credit, which I am SURE every teacher in America uses, is not considered standard????!!!!???? Yeah lets charge people who are barely getting by more of what they don't have. Anyway, every year it seems there is more interference and greed with less and less help or concern for good business. IMO

Easy to use, but there was some uncertainty of it being our first time using TurboTax. Hopefully our return arrives our bank account scratch free.
