Room for Improvement and Clarity

Fine but it's unclear you have to pay for additionally stuff at the end. I saw an ad on TV that said you can file for free before 02/02. Also, there are a lot of questions that are asked at the end that kind of slow down the process. Ex: It says I got my taxes done in 45 mins, but then I spend another 15-20 mins answering questions. It's just a bit misleading.
