Going down hill fast

The product works, but the cost and fees are getting out of hand. Federal requires a free option, you charge if anyone has standard benefits offered by 90% of employers. The $40 processing fee you hide then apply at the end is horrific. It's a profit grab, you are attempting to make after discounting services from $79 to $49. This shouldn't be legal as you are involved in the finance space.

Fees were added that were not added last year like filing the Federal and State together. Things do change. This is still a great tax prep site.
