This year there was a whole lot of upfront data requested prior to filing. Filing taxes is stressful in general and this added to the stress level. And I attempted to change my email address to the one I used most often and was not able to make that happen. Then the confirmation email went to an old email account that took extra effort to get into -- not fun.

TurboTax watchout for the micro fee's

some parts still confusing and although you upload your w-2 it doesn't transmit everywhere it should. And year after year the cost to use the program keeps increase with fee's added to multiple functions.
